What we record
Name, company, e-mail address, phone number, the date and source of consent, the channels covered, and delivery, open, click and opt-out data. We use these records to plan messages, apply your preferences, evaluate campaigns and manage the consent trail.
Service providers
We may share your contact details with the service providers that deliver e-mail, SMS, phone and instant messaging communications, and with the competent authorities where the law requires it — only to the extent the specific task requires.
Withdrawing consent
Consent stays valid until you withdraw it. Withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in an e-mail, the opt-out route stated in a message, or by writing to info@marqey.com. Withdrawing does not affect your request.
Keeping the records
We keep consent, delivery and opt-out records for as long as the applicable law requires, to prove your preference and act on your requests.
